Contracts for Deed

Most pre-printed forms are severely lacking in clarity or protection for either Buyer or Seller. Whether you want to buy or sell property, a Contract for Deed can have far-reaching results, intended or not. It is important to provide adequate forethought when drafting the contract to provide guidelines when trouble arises. And trouble has a way of finding everyone, sometime or another.

Trust Indentures & Mortgages

Home Owners Associations and Subdivisions

This subsection of Real Property law affects nearly everyone who live in a community. They can be considered your "neighborhood" rules and regulations, varying from how many pets you can have to what color you cannot paint your house. They affect everyone. Are they fair? Can they really be enforced? It depends.

Landlord/Tenant Law
